Beautifully written! I like that you use a combination of observing thoughts and CBT. For many people, observing without judgment and not identifying with their thoughts works perfectly well.

Thanks. I think every approach has its merit. Different people can choose different approaches based on their situation, and for a single person, one approach may work well for one period of life, then as they move into the next phase, another approach might work better.
